Initial Consultation & Home Visit

$150/hour*
This initial in-home visit will allow the customer to show their space(s) in person and describe their end goal. We will discuss your needs and wants for the space as well as get an understanding for how you would ultimately like the space to function. We will use this time to gather information on your personal style and color preferences, work together to come up with a plan for your space, take measurements, discuss budget, goals, and next steps. After this initial meeting and discussion, the customer can determine how they would like to proceed.

Schematic Design Plans and Room Layouts

$150/hour, typically 1-2 hours depending on number of rooms, size of space, etc.
After the initial consultation, we will put together a plan for your space(s). This plan will include suggested room layout, a mood board for the customer to understand the proposed tone and feel of the room as well as suggestions for sources for furniture and accessories.

Sourcing and Shopping

$150/hour
Do you have an idea of what you want but just need help finding that perfect piece or pieces? Be it a rug to tie your space together or pillows or lamps to finish off a room, leave it to us to help you save time and find exactly what you are looking for within your specified budget. Exact links will be provided so the customer can purchase at their own comfort. We can also handle all of the ordering if preferred.

Design Concept, Room Layouts and Easy to Shop Links

$150/hour, typically 4-6 hours depending on number of rooms, size of space, etc.
We recommend this package if you are ready to purchase items fairly quickly after the final design handoff. Items do sell out frequently, and we don’t want you to fall in love with something only to discover it’s out of stock and have to find a replacement. This package includes initial design concept, furniture floor plan, virtual one-on-one email communication, and a PDF that includes specific shopping links so the customer can purchase at their own comfort.
